Rates

Individuals $155 for 50 minutes

Couples $160 for 50 minutes

Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full fee for the missed session. I provide a limited number of reduced fee appointment slots. Please inquire about current openings during your initial telephone consultation if you are in financial need.

Insurance

I do not take insurance or participate in any insurance panels; however, my services may be covered by your healthcare plan. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Please download, fill out and return the informed consent and intake forms to me. Or, you may print and bring them with you to your first appointment.
